Mittelstaedt and McNeely, P.C. (“M and M”) is a dynamic law firm that represents a varied group of clients and provides a multitude of legal services. Generally, the law firm represents closely-held corporations, their principals, financial institutions and provides the legal services needed by these clients in litigation, corporate planning, real estate transactions and transactional/mergers and acquisitions.
Henry J. "Hank" Mittelstaedt III and Christopher E. McNeely founded M and M, in February 2000. After previously practicing as partners, they had a vision of a law firm concentrating on representing clients in their corporate and personal legal needs. They formed M and M and remained of counsel to their former firm. M and M has taken full shape and clients are better served by the firm's ability to focus on their unique legal matters.
Recently, M and M expanded into a larger office suite. The firm shares a suite with two attorneys who have more than 40 years of combined legal experience. With the additional attorneys, and improved space, M and M utilizes these resources to make the firm more efficient in order to better serve its clients. M and M employs state-of-the-art legal research and software programs, the firm can better represent each client without excessive overhead costs. Calculated growth has allowed M and M to meet and exceed its clients’ needs with better and more personalized service, while keeping costs at a minimum.
